Haflinger Horses For Sale

Chi has it all. It's just as simple as that. If you are serious about buying a haflinger, she is it.

First, she has all the size the breed can have. At just a little over two, she is an easy 14.2H and is going to get taller - at least 14.3H, maybe 15H. All other mature siblings have.

Second, she is an excellent balance of substance and refinement. Lots of bone - a trait of both her sire and dam, but also clean cut and well defined lines. She is well balanced, with strong conformation and beautiful head. She is a lovely mover - above average.

She doesn't disappoint in terms of pedigree either. Sire is a Reserve Sr. National Champion stallion, Champion at KILE, and placed high at Devon. Paternal Grand sire is a National Champion and producer of many nationally competative horses. Chi's dam, Chance, is by well know stallion, M.T. Magon, whose get still does well in show and sale rings.

Finally, and most importantly, Chi is a smart and willing horse who is never bothered by any thing. She is currently in some light training, and hasn't fussed a bit at anything. She is comfortable in full tack, lunging and has been backed. She did quite well free jumping - showed an excellent positive attitude. Furthermore, her ground manners and handling are well established - she stands for grooming, gives feet, and accepts the clippers. She does well by herself, with other horses, and other animals. She has good stall manners.
